For this whole pig we provided an array of house made pickles and smoked sausages, freshly made pretzels and 3AM mustard.

100lb pig for 110 guests - we included Oaxacan mole, salsa, tortillas and margaritas

This pig fed 25 people with plenty leftover. We served lemon and garlic cous cous, grilled squash, pickled green beans, and cecis with olive oil.

Roasted suckling pig with very crispy skin. Injected with saline brine.

This lamb was roasted for a Persian-themed party.
